Assisted Living ...It Is Well With My Soul

The Prayer Notes...

In 1873 the S.S. Ville du Harve sunk in the middle of the Atlantic- Horatio G. Spafford got word from his wife that she alone was saved- His four daughters were lost at sea with 226 other souls.

Spafford quickly sailed to meet his grieving wife and while crossing the place where the S.S. Ville du Harve sank...in his grief he wrote the now famous words "When sorrows like sea billows roll...It is well with my soul."

I know it looks as if we are going on a vacation...No, those are the drums. We will have the violin and the keyboard and bass guitar and Peter to lead us for the singing bible study for some of our local area shut ins...who just love to see the instruments come in the front door...The folks love the music and the fellowship!

The musicianaries do not come to stage a concert...NO this is for the folks to sing along...we come armed with VERY LARGE PRINT music sheets and the residents sing along...after all this is their bible study!

I will get a movie clip to add to my next post, you will love it!
